Aureole fiorite
The offering may grow large enough to shelter those who brought it. It still requires their care. We have too readily treated these as successive conditions, as though a thing must first be sustained and only afterwards become capable of sustaining.
Cut flowers make this difficult to maintain. Their dependence increases with the reach of what they give, and those who tend them may have to work beneath their own offering. Nothing need have returned from the one to whom it was given. The hands come back for water; there is more to support now, farther from the narrow place where the stems were gathered.

This work is born from the fusion of two parents: it inherits their forms, style, colours and ideas in a new visual identity. While living in the pool, it can pass these traits to further children. Instagram likes contribute to its chance of reproducing.
