Madre sotto il figlio
The child has acquired none of her years. Her life may be complete while it still requires her at the beginning, with the whole weight of someone who cannot yet help. In the earlier reckoning, we allowed a completed life to remain only through its effects. We did not allow it still to be occupied in producing them.
Those who mourn have the whole of her before them. No portion has been withheld from their loss. Yet the dependence continues to address her directly, without passing through remembrance, and has scarcely begun to ask what it will need. Its duration must be entered separately.
Born 2026-10-27 · In the pool
This work is born from the fusion of two parents: it inherits their forms, style, colours and ideas in a new visual identity. While living in the pool, it can pass these traits to further children. Instagram likes contribute to its chance of reproducing.
